  • How much does a web site cost?

  • What is "Maintaining a Site"?
    • Maintaining a site is changes and updates that you would like to see on your web site For example if you have a product or service that you do not offer anymore we would "Maintain" the site by removing the product or service from your web site If you prefer, and have access to a web site editor you could perform the web maintenance yourself.
  • How much does "Maintaining a Site" cost?
    • We offer packages to offer you the best maintenance plan to fit your needs, and if you don't see your site getting updated very often you can just contact us with the changes instead of signing up for a monthly maintenance program.   • How soon can a web site be done?
    • The estimated time of completion depends upon the size of the web site created and how complicated the web site would be. For example having an interactive web site or e-commerce site compared to a general information site. Generally a simple information only site would be completed in about a month. If you are in a crunch and would like to see a web site created sooner, don't hesitate to contact us and we can work out a solution for you.
  • What if I don't like the initial design? Would it cost me more to recreate it?
    • No, it would not cost you more money. We create a web site with the thorough description you have given us and show it to you for your approval. You are allowed two major revisions to your web site to meet your needs and after completion of your web site you are given two weeks for minor updates and changes to tweak your site to the way you want it.
  • Can my web site be hooked up to accept payments online?
    • Yes, we can hook up your site with secure encrypted pages to an existing merchant account with linking software and a compatible shopping cart. The shopping cart would have to be compatible with the web hosting server and the merchant account, so it is highly recommended to go through our web hosting to make sure things go smoothly. (Some web hosting companies are limited upon what e-commerce features they can do.)
  • How would I be able to view such transactions made on my web site?
    • They can be sent to a web page that you can only access and/or sent to you via email.
  • Do you offer a warranty?

  • Do you have a contract for the web design service?

  • How is payment arranged?
    • Payment shall be by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, or money order, in U.S. dollars, and made payable to “Internet Presence, Self Proprietor.” Half of the web design services is due for down payment and the other half is due upon completion. Monthly payments can be arranged if necessary.
